About the Author

Andrew Humphreys is the author of National Geographic Traveler Egypt ( AUC Press, 2009) and On the Nile in the Golden Age of Travel (AUC Press, 2015). He lives in London and visits Egypt frequently.Gadi Farfour, the designer of this book, was born in Alexandria, Egypt, and now lives in London.
