About the Author

DR PETER GRIFFITHS qualified as a doctor from the University of London where he was a multi award winning graduate and winner of the prestigious St. George's Dermatology Prize. He also holds a Masters degree in Esthetic Medicine from the University of Cordoba in Spain. After qualifying he gained further experience in psychiatry, cardiology and urology and in addition to being the author of several books he also writes for the Lance Armstrong Foundation as an expert on sports supplements and nutrition. He also publishes regular articles and updates on these subjects on his own web site.
