It was inspired by a trend of discussions by prominent individuals on this subject. The Wrong Bottom Line and How to Change It was written to assist business and organization leadership work more effectively and successfully with people. A sequel The Wrong Bottom Line - Still, Focus, Process and People is anticipated in 2012. Dr. Rummler spent many years in education. His two volumes of Grin Fairy Tails For Children 6 to 106 are the result of that experience, and his love for children and his sense of humor.
