The program provides teenagers with evidence-based yet user-friendly tools to be resilient during times of stress, pressure and challenge and addresses the ever increasing need for schools to provide teenagers with strategies for coping and resilience. It's now become part of our Year 10 (Senior School) Positive Education Program at the school.
