A native of suburban Minneapolis, Mr. Rogers has served in the United States Air Force and is a thirty-year police veteran. He has authored two World War II short stories, and is a graduate of Metropolitan State University, Saint Paul, Minnesota and the FBI National Academy, Quantico, Virginia. He lives and writes from Southwest Florida.
