About the Author

Karen Kraft was born and raised in Jackson, Michigan. She has two grown daughters and lives with her rescue, Odie. Karen is a certified nutritional health coach, Reiki master teacher, licensed massage therapist, and has a Bachelor's degree in divinity.
Karen's nurturing tendencies and affinity for natural wellness solutions, along with her personal experience with cancer and her daughter's ulcerative colitis, have led her down the path of teacher and coach in the holistic wellness field.
Karen is an animal lover, and enjoys hiking, biking and playing cards with family and friends.
