About the Author

Cynthia Perkins, M.Ed. is a holistic health coach/counselor, sobriety coach and adult sex educator. Cynthia holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in counseling, a certificate of completion in functional medicine, and has researched the role of diet, nutrition and environmental toxins on our physical and mental health for more than two decades. She resides in Northwest Arizona.
