Olivia H. Miller, RYT, is a freelance writer and has been a student of yoga for over twenty-five years. She is the author of eight wellness and exercise card decks, including The Yoga Deck, The Chakra Deck, and The Stretch Deck. She is also the author of Essential Yoga, a hatha yoga reference book. Olivia facilitates stress reduction, energy balancing, and therapeutic laughter workshops and classes in yoga studios, the workplace, and at conferences and retreats. She lives on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.
