Reviews

'This book provides an excellent overview of psychological constructs, mechanisms and intervention approaches, and helps to understand how health behaviors can be modified...A broad range of health promotion strategies and behaviour change techniques are addressed that also include technology, environment, and policy. This book is a cornerstone of information and certainly should be essential reading for students as well as for both novice and seasoned researchers.' - Prof. Dr. Ralf Schwarzer, Freie Universitat Berlin, Germany
