Emily is the author of Have Your Cake, a healthy baking cookbook, where all recipes are made with no butter, no white flour and no added sugar, yet still look and taste as delicious as traditional baked alternatives. Emily has a passion for creating recipes that are healthy and nutritious for our bodies and at the same time are irresistible and delicious to eat. Emily is the mother of four young children aged five, nine, eleven and thirteen. She lives in Melbourne with her family.
