At 8:30 every morning, Jana Uselton can be found in a huddle with her team seeking one thing - to Transform Lives and Make a Difference. It all began in 2002 when Jana and her husband, Tim, put their home on the market and found it difficult to get top dollar for what was basically an empty box. So Jana Staged the home, and it sold immediately. That was the genesis of Model My Home(TM), now the largest Home Staging company in the country. She later founded the Home Staging and ReDesign Association(TM), which trains Professional Stagers and ReDesigners across the nation and the globe. Model My Home(TM) Stages approximately 700 homes annually to sell in the DFW area, both vacant and occupied, positioning them to receive top offers quicker. They also offer ReDesign services for homes and businesses and have launched new divisions in builder model and spec homes. Because she's worked in every aspect of Home Staging and ReDesign, from driving the delivery truck to Staging thousands of homes herself, to running a multi-million dollar company, Jana enjoys sharing her knowledge with others through HSRA(TM).
