Drew Beechum, author of The Everything Homebrewing Book, has been brewing for more than a decade and has won numerous medals for his beer. He was the president of the Maltose Falcons, America's oldest homebrewing society. Mr. Beechum's work had appeared in BeerAdvocate and Zymurgy, the journal of the American Homebrewers Association. He lives in Valley Village, CA.
