Natasha Collins is the owner of Nevie-Pie Cakes in Hertfordshire and the author of The Painted Cake. Her high-profile clients include Selfridges & Co, for whom she created a Christmas cake range. Natasha runs her own cake-painting classes in the UK and internationally.
