ABOUT THE AUTHOR Susan's memoir of loss and love comes from her life-long journey with horses. Her trials and adventures will touch the hearts of all who have experienced an extraordinary relationship with a special horse. She has been blessed throughout her life with many wonderful horses, and though she lost her precious horse, Race, her journey continues. She and her husband live on a little six acre slice of heaven in Idaho with their horses, Bonus and Baile, dogs, Annie and Twix and cat Kitkat.
