About the Author

Hanno Schmidt-Gothan, Partner with Accenture's Strategy and Business Architecture (S&BA) practice has been engaged in developing corporate strategies from a capital market perspective for many years. In addition to his project work in the Communications & High-Tech industries, Mr. Schmidt-Gothan also holds lectures on topics around strategy development. Dr. Karsten Gessner, Consultant with Accenture's S&BA practice, develops strategies for process improvement in the R&D field, and for company value creation. Hauke Lubben, Business Analyst with Accenture's S&BA practice, develops value creation strategies and is involved in market- and company analysis in the Electronics and High-Tech industries.
