More than 85 years ago, Walter T. Foster proved you can accomplish anything! The "how to" art books he wrote, illustrated, printed, bound, packaged, and shipped on his own proved that anyone can learn to draw. Today Walter Foster Publishing develops books and kits that encourage creativity and spark imaginations. Fritz Willis studied art at Noble and Greenough Preparatory School. Fritz won many awards for his artistic accomplishments. Earl MacPherson studied art at the Chouinard School of Art in Los Angeles. In 1941, MacPherson painted a pin-up for the Shaw-Barton Calendar Company, which marked his entrance into pin-up art.
