Ann Morgan James is a two time award winning marketer (Marketer
of the Year and STAR Marketer of the Year), an author, speaker and
Jack's mom. In the third grade, Ann's son Jack was dealt a
devastating blow. He was bullied in school to the point of physical
violence. His self-esteem was virtually non-existent. Ann knew she
had to do something to help him.
As a marketing professional for more than 25 years Ann turned her
talents for selling other people's products to her son. She began
selling her son bully proof self-esteem. She decided to help him
start a business and through those efforts she rebuilt his
confidence and self-worth.
Ann was amazed with the results. She realized she was teaching Jack
the same millionaire mindsets her parents had taught her Outlook,
Attitude, Skills and Action. To help Jack, she defined six
millionaire skills she needed to teach him: "Dream It", "Believe
It", "Love It", "Work It", "Own It" and "Give It". These six skills
are now a philosophy she and Jack have adopted in life!
Ann has spent years volunteering and working with parents and kids.
After her amazing experience with Jack she decided to share her
millionaire skills with other parents and wrote her book, How to
Raise a Millionaire.
She is also one of the featured entrepreneurs in Entrepreneur
Success Stories: how common people achieve uncommon results,
volumetwo edited by Loral Langemeier and John C. Robinson.
Aside from the credentials and awards Ann has earned, she is first
and foremost, Jack's Mom. Other parents will surely identify with
her. With her challenges in her life; challenges she has faced down
head-on and overcome, Ann has a story of hope and inspiration to
tell.
Ann has one passion which drives her to overcome any bump in the
road life throws her way; she is determined to teach her son Jack
how to live the life of his dreams.
Ann is a native California girl who lives in San Jose with her son
Jack, their three dogs, one parrot and every single Star Wars: The
Clone Wars action figure known to man!
