About the Author

I am a stay at home mother of two children, Ari and Ty. I have always loved reading and wanted to write books and once my daughter became a Type 1 Diabetic I decided to go ahead and go for my dream of writing. I never thought I'd be writing children's nonfiction but now that I have I really enjoy it and plan on writing many more. Eventually I also want to write some adult help books about diabetes as well. I strongly feel that, as a mother of a diabetic child, I should help other families and children going through this disease, that way no one has to go through the struggles alone.
