I have found this book has many handy tips and very helpful guide when it comes to were to begin the sugar detox. have yet to try some of the recipes from book, but with the handy tips have used a couple of existing recipes.

This is a very plainly written book. I just don't think I could follow it to the letter, however, for those who are stricter, I feel it would be a very good health step.
