Before joining the Guardian, he worked with Channel 4 Dispatches, Panorama and ITN with the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, and was a freelancer working for WikiLeaks during its publication of 250,000 US embassy cables. James is a lecturer on City University’s Interactive and Investigative Journalism courses, and lives and works in central London.
