He works as a partner in the artisan bakery Peter's Yard and is the author of Swedish Breads and Pastries, Artisan Breads, and The Ultimate Guide to Homemade Ice Cream. Hedh lives in Malmoe, Sweden.

Klas Andersson is a food photographer who also shoots for magazines and advertising and communications agencies. Andersson resides in Sweden.
