About the Author

Dr John W. Pryor, formerly the Dean of the Australian College of Theology and Honorary Senior Research Fellow in Ancient History at Macquarie University, Sydney, has had a long career lecturing in the area of historical Jesus studies and the gospels. He is the author of several books, including John: Evangelist of the Covenant People (InterVarsity) and The Enigmatic Jew: in quest of the historical Jesus (Createspace), and of many academic articles. He regularly leads study tours to Israel.
