Ha-Le is also an international speaker on Motivation and Inspiration and in Early Childhood Education. Ha-Le is regarded as an unstoppable warrior and a survivor of three different cancers. He received "Young Talented Artists Award 2017-2018" from North-east Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC), Ministry of Culture Government of India. He is an illustrator and painter who creates images ranging from whimsically simple to more realistic and detailed ones. Chuileng does international illustration projects and illustrates children storybooks and advertisements. He really enjoys making the best of his contribution to the world of arts.
