About the Author

Having been an avid reader from a very young age, Denise fell in love with creative writing. She enjoys writing children's books, adult fiction and poetry and has several published poems. She has worked in the medical field for more than 25 years and values community, serving as a volunteer for a family homeless shelter for 10 years. She lives in Southern New England with her husband Ernie and their four-legged, furry child Jax.
