About the Author

Doris Mosier retired at age fifty-five, after thirty-five years teaching tenth grade English at a public high school, She wanted to help her husband with his projects of buying homes in need of rehabilitation. The change to a mostly physical type work was a totally different but pleasant surprise. They worked side by side being landlords for thirty years, buying, remodeling, and renting more than fifty homes.
