About the Author

Beaugrande /f Robert META GROSMAN is Professor of English and American literature at the University of Ljubljana. /e She has written extensively on literature, reader-response criticism, reception of American and English literature in intercultural contexts, teaching of literature, literary theory, and literary translation. BABBARA SEIDLHOFER is Assistant Professor of Literature at the Institute for English and American literature at the University of Vienna.
