About the Author

Juan Carlos Arcila-Duque hails from Colombia and began his design career in the early '90s in New York City, where he established his first design studio. As a designer, his work experience around the world laid the foundation of his style - an elegant melange of solid colours, antiques, art and unique artefacts found in his travels, tempered by a modernist aesthetic.
