Reviews

"By far, this is the most comprehensive textbook on leadership currently in circulation. It covers the basic leadership principles and explores the many leadership theories that the practitioner, graduate, or undergraduate student would need to have a firm foundation and understanding of leadership today. This new edition updates the chapters with additional text and examples that are inclusive and illustrative. Van Wart and Medina work their genius in providing the reader a clear picture of leadership in the 21st century." Abraham David Benavides, The University of Texas at Dallas, USA
