Readers will find it informative, insightful, and most important, immediately useful." -Robert J. Marzano, CEO, Marzano Research Laboratory and co-author of School Leadership That Works     “I would recommend this book as a must read in any leadership course...a must have book for superintendents.”   “I am a 20 year leader with 12 years in my current assignment. After reading this book I was inspired to self-reflect and share ideas from the book with colleagues. I have made a personal commitment to push for coaching and support for administrators in this region.”    -Margarete Couture, Elementary Principal, South Seneca Elementary School, Interlaken, NY
