Carolyn Allen-Harris spent over 35 years in the Quick Service industry, promoting within the ranks throughout her career. She has a passion for helping people realize their full potential through mentoring and providing leadership that makes a difference in other's mindset. Carolyn is fluent in training, developing, growing sales and profit through turning around underperforming restaurants. Over the years Carolyn has worked in Urban, Suburban and rural areas changing the culture and mindset in many general managers and Jr. managers by providing positive and negative coaching and feedback to change behaviors. Carolyn also provided training on High Impact Coaching to hundreds of managers between the years of 2005-2007 in San Diego and Los Angeles. In her career she has worked in Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Nevada, Ohio and Indiana, all with two companies and both companies relocated her to turnaround underperforming restaurants, through leading 7-18 restaurants. Leadership is her legacy and throughout the years she has been recognized for achieving breakthrough results the highest recognition given at her last employer, many customer, sales and profit awards and most of all consistently recognized with the people award, because she truly believes people are our greatest asset. Carolyn has a bachelors of science in Business Management and lived in Southern California most of her life. Her last relocation was to Indiana, where she currently resides and is looking for opportunities to be a motivational speaker to help others reach deep down inside of them and find the passion and the drive they need to lead within their four walls.
