About the Author

The author lives peacefully and joyfully with his spouse, Ginny, in his ashram, Panther Brook Spiritual Center. He offers spiritual guidance and teaches meditation/prayer, yoga, relaxation skills, and biofeedback. He also facilitates silent meditation retreats and stress management workshops. His formal education includes a B.A. in Philosophy, an M.A. in psychology, and a Ph.D. in Child and Family Development with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. He previously published "Spiritual Autobiography and Meditation Handbook" and "Spouse Hunt."
