The Little Book of Character Strengths is a useful tool for both the individual reader as well as to read in a group or classroom setting, followed up with a discussion of character and how a person develops both their own character and influences the characters of others around them. One quickly sees how words, attitude, and feelings play an important part in who we are, what we choose to do and how we respond to others. Without question, this would be a great book to help children during school and shelled up to "Character" week." -Darin Godby for Readers' Favorite"When we learn how to use our strengths, we become our best selves and contribute to the world with much more passion and energy. June Rousso's lovely poem brings the different character strengths to life in a beautiful and memorable way and helps us all to recognize our inner strengths and get more out of life." - The Action for Happiness Team, ActionForHappiness.org
