About the Author

Anne Rogers Smyth, author of Friends Forever, is an associate editor in the National Geographic Books division in Washington, D.C. A graduate of the Journalism and Mass Communication program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she lives in New York, New York, where she spends her time reading and traveling.
