Thomas Hibbard is a Military Veteran who has a BA from the University of California, Riverside, completed graduate work in the field of education, and received a Masters of Public Health from Loma Linda University, CA. For 18 years he was a deputy to a member of the LA County Board of Supervisors. Here he worked with county departments on budgets, functions, and organization. His favorite assignments included planning for capital projects such as hospitals, community parks, and fire stations designed to meet the needs of the expanding population of LA County. His greatest accomplishment was his role in launching a network of trauma centers. This lead the way to their nationwide development, helping to save the lives of individuals who might not otherwise survive major injuries. He lives with his wife, June, in Loma Linda, CA. They have a daughter, Dawn, who is the general manager of Christian radio station KSGN 89.7 FM in Redlands, CA.
