Retirement years foster a myriad of new activities, some of which expose latent talents. Grandchildren require some creative storytelling at bedtime and this writing is a skill I discovered. This book is a compilation of original stories encouraged by my grandsons as we tried to get a new twist on stories that they liked and always wanted to hear. Pushed and pulled by those who love me, I finally put words to paper, and as a result you can read the finished product. My great joy is knowing that I loved doing the book and it is fulfilling to know others will enjoy it too. Rhode Island Independent Art Teacher, Sue has been instructing Watercolor since 2015. This is a story that will warm your heart with the simplicity
and beauty of childhood friendship and wonder. The fluid charm of
the watercolor illustrations bring you back to those long beach
days spent playing in the waves and in this case, avoiding
mischievous seagulls.-Jess George, M.L.I.S.
