"I enjoyed learning more about low-carb food, from the author's
learning, as well as her personal experience. There are a variety
of recipes from simple with familiar ingredients to some I've never
heard of and can't pronounce. The recipes I've tried so far have
been very tasty, and it's fun to get out of my comfort zone. The
cookbook has lots of recipes that I can't wait to try! Thank you
for all the information included too, I am inspired to stay on this
delicious adventure.
