"... still a lot of fun to be had joining the revival of the
knotting craft popular back in the 1970s. The repetitive act of
manipulating the twine is meditative, even addictive! After a bit
of context, the book gets straight down to projects. There are the
ubiquitous plant hangers, but also wall hangings, bags and
dreamcatchers - featuring the inner rings from old embroidery
hoops! Colour is added with dyeing techniques: uniform, dip dyeing
for an ombre effect and combining colours are all explained.
There's inspiration with in-depth interviews with the makers who
are pushing the boundaries. Plus all the details you'd expect on
knot formation and different twines."-- "Stitch magazine"
"All the projects in this beautiful new book have fully illustrated
step-by-step instructions that make learning macramé quick and
stress free! You can look forward to hours of creative and relaxing
fun with this book."-- "Crochet Now Magazine"
