dedicated Duke MD's and the need for mental training to support and
assist college students as they navigate this difficult and
uncertain time in their lives." -- Trish Kinney, HuffPost Blog
"Mindfulness for the Next Generation is a useful guide for those
readers looking to bring mindfulness education to the emerging
adult college-student population. It provides a clear rationale for
why this intervention may be effective for emerging adults as well
as a clear implementation structure." -- PsycCRITIQUES
