Her passion and devotion to this ancient ingredient inspired Bonnie to travel the lengths of Japan for over three years, tasting her way through thousands of different miso by region. An award-winning businesswoman and former supper-club host, Bonnie was named as one of The Grocer's Top New Talents in November 2015 and most recently has shortlisted as a finalist in The Grocer's 2016 Gold Awards as Entrepreneur of the Year. Bonnie lives in London.
