Frank McGuinness was born in Buncrana, Co. Donegal, and now lives
in Dublin and lectures in English at University College Dublin. His

August Strindberg (1849-1912) was a Swedish dramatist, novelist,
poet and essayist. His plays include The Father (1887), Miss Julie
(1888), Creditors (1889), The Stronger (1890), Easter (1900), The
Dance of Death (1900), A Dream Play (1902) and The Ghost Sonata
(1907).
