Larry B. Rainey, PhD, is Founder and Senior Partner atIntegrity Systems and Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm thatspecializes in modeling and simulation within missile defense andspace operations domains. With more than 20 years of systemsengineering experience, Dr. Rainey has also worked for the MissileDefense Agency and other U.S. Department of Defense organizationsthat address system of systems challenges. Andreas Tolk, PhD, is Chief Scientist of SimIS Inc., whichprovides modeling and simulation services, enterprise architectureknowledge, and integration solutions to its customers. Dr. Tolk isalso Adjunct Professor in the Department of Engineering Managementand Systems Engineering of Old Dominion University as well as theauthor of Engineering Principles of Combat Modeling andDistributed Simulation, which is published by Wiley.
