Wilson Follett (1887-1963) is best known for his classic book on the American English language, Modern American Usage. Left uncompleted upon his death, the book was edited and finished by Jacques Barzun. Follett also published a novel, No More Sea, and edited the twelve-volume The Work of Stephen Crane.
Erik Wensberg has worked as an editor at Esquire and The New York Times Book Review, and has taught nonfiction writing at Columbia University.
