Lewis Helfand was born in 1978 in Philadelphia. Passionate about comic books, Lewis soon published his very own, Wasted Minute - a story of a world without crime where superheroes are forced to work regular jobs. A resident of New Delhi, India, Lalit spent his artistically formative years expressing his love for God through his art. An interest in comic books channeled his creativity towards sequential art and his illustrations truly contain something of the divine in them. His work features in a number of titles from Campfire, which include Harry Houdini, Moby Dick, and 400 BC.
"I "highly recommend" Campfire's comics. They do what they are
intended to do and do it in a way that excites kids about classic
literature."

librarians)
