Ms. Peyton has written three previous novels in the Alex Trotter series as well as a crime thriller titled, "Six Minutes to Midnight," and a true-life novel titled, "Walk on Through the Rain." A native Chicagoan, Ms. Peyton now lives outside of Knoxville in Loudon, Tennessee with her husband Jim and their Havanese dog, Cody.
