About the Author

Mark M. Miller holds a BA from St. Thomas University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Parkside. After surviving the chaos of the Vietnamese conflict, he spent thirty years in supply-chain management for Case CNH and eleven as an associate professor for Carthage College.

Miller is married, and he has two daughters and two grandsons.
