Joy started writing cookbooks back in 2001, when she wrote the best selling cookbook "NOSH for Students". In the nearly 20 years that have followed she has, along with her family, written additional volumes and editions including vegetarian versions. She has also written family cookbooks. In 2014, Joy discovered she was gluten intolerant. Since then she has forged ahead with writing four titles for the genre the latest of which is NOSH Everyday Gluten-Free. Joy's latest book, "NOSH Vegan" is aimed at providing everyday down to earth vegan recipes, whether you are a beginner, expert, or toe-dipper when it comes to a vegan diet.
