About the Author

I am an author, illustrator working in Maine. I work in Photoshop now, though I've trained with many different types of media. I have wide insterests, including history, science, literacy, relationships and sustainable living. Nana's Gift was a labor of love and learning, as it was the first picture book I wrote and I taught myself Photoshop in doing the illustrations, with the help of Will Terry's Folio classes. This represents the third edition, reflecting new found skills and a better formatting. I hope the book is enjoyed by others, as much as I enjoyed making it!
