Reviews

"Classic New Zealand Poets in Performance is an essential purchase for any follower of New Zealand literature." --Sam Finnemore, Craccum

"A masterpiece." --Graham Brazier, NZ Herald, on Contemporary New Zealand Poets in Performance

"A must-have." --Iain Sharp, Sunday Star Times, on Classic New Zealand Poets in Performance

"If you love poetry you can be sure you are going to love this luxurious collection. Because this is what Contemporary New Zealand Poets in Performance felt like, a feast, with its only downfall being that at the end of it, you are still hungry for more." --Sarah Johnson, NZ Writers E-Zine, on Contemporary New Zealand Poets in Performance

"Lying back and listening to the tracks roll by, I was tempted to compare Ross and Kemp's gathering to some of my favourite double albums, like the Beatles' White Album or Dylan and the Band's Basement Tapes. A double album is a sprawling thing, with plenty of room for experiment and surprise as well as the expected anthems." --Scott Hamilton, Poetry NZ, on Classic New Zealand Poets in Performance

"Poems that you will simply want to return to." --Terry Locke, English in Aotearoa, on Classic New Zealand Poets in Performance

"This is a must-have for any poetry fan. In fact, it probably should be a must-have for any New Zealander." --Matt Bowler, Nelson Mail, on Contemporary New Zealand Poets in Performance

"We can only highly recommend it." --Kathryn Ryan, Nine to Noon, National Radio, on Classic New Zealand Poets in Performance
