About the Author

David Sherman come by his knowledge of Marines and the Combined Action Platoon the hard way; he was a Marine corporal in Vietnam and served in a CAP. In all, he has written nine novels about Marines in Vietnam, and is the author or co-author of twenty-two (and counting) novels about Marines in the future and in a fantasy world. He has about three dozen books in print. He lives in South Florida.
