About the Author

Erik Wolters is a member of the Dutch Association of Neurology and, in 2010, joined the department of neurology of the University of Zurich in Switzerland. He has written more than 250 peer-reviewed medical articles, mainly dealing with Parkinson s Disease, as well as many book chapters, and various textbooks on neurology and movement disorders. He is president of the World Federation of Neurology Association of Parkinsonism and Related Disorders. Christian Baumann is a doctor in the department of neurology at University Hospital Zurich."
